This program focuses on what leaders must understand to lead and manage an innovative organization. Some of the elements of this program are:

  • How innovation happens and what can prevent it
  • The role of the executive team
  • How to role-model innovation
  • How to manage the risk inherent in change and innovation
  • Planning an innovative organization

Our research demonstrates the two biggest issues for leaders when implementing innovation are that they don’t understand the process of innovation and don’t know how to role-model the right behaviours.

In this program, leaders learn how innovation really happens, what stops it, what their role is and the practical things they can do.
