Team Innovation (3 days)
This program takes a new or existing team that needs to be quickly performing and innovative and makes it effective as a team and very innovative. It is very effective for new, cross functional teams. Flexible delivery of this program is based on your teams' needs and current work skills. In a standard three day program, participants learn the Ideaction Process and techniques, while working on actual team issues. They also learn team building skills to reinforce team effectiveness while practicing the Ideaction techniques.
