Innovation Readiness Audit
This web-based survey analyzes the fundamental capacity of your organization to develop and sustain an innovative culture, identifying the specific areas of weakness you need to address before embarking on a broad innovation strategy.

It also clearly defines the type and level of innovation you should aim for, identifies how it can be integrated effectively with other initiatives (such as C.I. or T.Q.M.) and recommends necessary action steps for implementing innovation in a way that's realistic for your work environment. Our experience on what separates innovative and non-innovative organizations is unique and you can test your organization’s readiness against the current data. You can read the results of the first major Innovation Readiness Survey we directed for the Globe & Mail and the Schulich Executive Education Center at Schulich and Globe & Mail 2007 Innovation Survey.

Who does it apply to:

Any organization that is serious about implementing innovation and wants to understand the enablers and the obstacles in the current environment.

Key Benefits:

  • Identifies the cultural obstacles before they "kill" innovation
  • Identifies the positive elements or enablers on which you can build innovation
  • Creates a blueprint to prepare the organization for the successful implementation of innovation

Our experience:

Ideaction has conducted Innovation Readiness Audits in over 15 organizations, generating from 50 to 500 responses, and in three major groups or associations (Canadian Senior Executives, HRPA members and CATA members).
